- Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

- Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.

- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

- Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Mejuri is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

- To view comprehensive details on production time and delivery time, refer to table 1 (below).

- An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

- If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.

Depending on your preferences, you’ll receive an email, mobile app notification, or RSS notification every time your receive an order.

Production and delivery timeline details

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas... 

Shipping and Handling (business days):

Please note:

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
3. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
6. Large orders can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
7. When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
