  • - Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • - Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • - Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • - No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • - Engraved and monogrammed products 
  • - Gift cards
  • - Jewelry Care Kit
  • - To start a return, you can contact us at Christine@bestjewelry.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • - A return shipping charge applies on all returns approved. No refunds on shipping.
  • - You can always contact us for any return question at Christine@bestjewelry.co.
    • Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. All returned orders will have to be sent to our complaints handling office located in Viet Nam may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
    • We offer 30-day exchanges to all of our customers. Please have your order confirmation email. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
    • Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
    • Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Bestjewelry cannot reship or store non-bestjewelry items mistakenly sent as returns.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received

    - It must also be in the original packaging. All merchandise returned to BestJewelry must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the originally packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected.

    - The return address will vary based on product but will be included in the return label.

    - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    To file a claim, please send us an email to Christine@bestjewelry.co and include the following information (this is a must):

     

     

     

    1. Order number

    2. Package opening video

    3. Video/photo of the defective product

    4. Label Images

    If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.
